Overview
In Anhui, China, one hundred standard growing containers measuring 10 m by 3 m by 3 m were deployed to cultivate Pleurotus, chanterelle, golden ear fungus and several other edible mushroom varieties. The project adopts a cooperative model that combines a rural revitalization fund, professional operation and partnerships with local farming households.
